BATU PAHAT, 19 November – Alumni Relations Centre UPM (ARCUPM) continues to be committed in carrying out activities and programs to bring alumni back to their alma mater. The latest program to track alumni of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) who are currently serving at Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) is successfully held at the Main Meeting Room, Level 5, Tunku Tun Aminah Library, UTHM.
A total of nine alumni have attended the meeting and various sharings about the programs and activities carried out by the ARCUPM are presented by ARCUPM Deputy Director, Mr. Fahmi Azar Mistar, and ARCUPM Administrative Officer, Mrs. Aida Fitri Peli.
As a result of the meeting and sharing, the alumni who attended have shown interest in collaborating with ARCUPM to organize programs and activities offered to alumni. Among the programs offered are the MEKAR and SEBA programs. ARCUPM also welcomes alumni who wish to contribute to their alma mater such as sharing and exchanging knowledge that will benefit the students.
Alumni also shared their knowledge and experience with Chapter Student Ambassador (CSA) students about their experiences while studying. The sharing given is very meaningful for CSA students.
Thank you UTHM for welcoming ARCUPM and Chapter Student Ambassador (CSA) students. Hopefully with this meeting, a close relationship between alumni and students can be established.
ARCUPM as an entity responsible for connecting alumni and alma mater, will always open its doors to alumni who want to contribute back. Contributions can come in many ways and forms. The sharing of knowledge and experience is also a welcome contribution as an effort to give exposure to UPM students.
